1996, Professor Dr Mark,
a distinguished
post-graduate who has
been subsequently
conferred a Professor in
the field of Traditional
Chinese Medicine (TCM),
developed a strong
conviction and belief
that there was a need
for a manufacturing
plant to process the
traditional Chinese
medicines to supply and
complement his existing
clinics in Malaysia.
Prof. Dr Mark also
strongly felt that with
his extensive research
works in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, coupled
with his expertise,
experience and strength
in the understanding and
application of TCM and
modern chemistry he
could deliver solutions
that would be essential
for his patients and
consumers, where he
could develop solid
relationships with them,
based on insight and
integrity.
Prof. Dr Mark research
works are carried out

Development USA LLC
(4584145). As a natural
progression of Bio Nice
Research & Development,
the incorporation of Bio
Nice in Malaysia came
into being. Bio Nice
aims to be a brand that
generates quality
products, consistency in
